Articles of Incorporation

 

1.               The name of this corporation shall be "High Sierra Swing Dance Club, Inc.”, hereinafter referred to as “HSSDC”.

 

2.               The principal office/location of HSSDC shall be located in the state of Nevada, County of Carson, at such place as designated by The Board of Directors.

 

3.               The Resident Agent for this corporation shall be F. James Ewing, 284 Bartmess Blvd, Sparks, NV

 

4.               This Corporation is a Non-Profit Corporation as defined under NRS 82.081 and subsequent Articles.

 

5.               HSSDC is an association of West Coast Swing Dancers, operating as a Non-Profit organization under the name of “High Sierra Swing Dance Club”. HSSDC is dedicated to the promotion and preservation of West Coast Swing Dancing through dances, ”Club Night Out Events”, workshops, instruction of dancers, and other social events as designated by The Board of Directors.

 

6.               HSSDC may engage in any lawful activity subject to the expressed limitations set forth by The Board of Directors.
