Job Title:           Junior Director 

Responsible to:  President and Board of Directors 

Qualifications:

· Directors general qualifications

· Ability to communicate effectively

· Ability to be self starting and enlist enthusiasm of membership

Job Summary:

· Represent Junior members to the Board of Directors

· Attempt to recruit Juniors between the ages of 14 to 18 to join the HSSDC

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Establish a committee of at least 3 Juniors to assist in the duties of Junior Director

· Give input to the BOD of activities and other matters that would benefit Junior members
